The event, sponsored by the Carolina Farm Stewardship Association and the Watauga County Cooperative Extension Office, begins on Saturday, March 25, at 9:00 am at the Extension office on King Street in downtown Boone.

To participate in the Seed Swap, gardeners and farmers are invited to bring any seeds, root-divisions, bulbs, apple-wood scions, and other plant materials they have to share, and partake of the offerings of others doing the same. The seed swap (9 am ? 4 pm) is free and open to all!

Registration is done on-site only, beginning at 8:00 am at a cost of only $10 for the workshop series. For more information or directions to the office, contact NC Cooperative Extension at 828-264-3061.
