General Website Talk

Hi all, and welcome especially to new members to the website. I hope you will all find the site convienent to use, but if you have any problems at all please feel free to use my contact form at http://leolastreetgarden.org/user/1/contact and I will be glad to help you with any problems. I have not added too many features here and would also welcome any suggestions you might have to make things easier. Meanwhile, let me run through a few features that you may find useful.

You can sign up as a member of the site which will allow you to post to your blog and add links to other websites you find interesting. Let me know if you do not recieve your verification e-mail soon after registering and I will add you manually.

After your membership is verified you will also have a profile page where you can adjust some settings. Your e-mail address will not be displayed on the website due to security concerns.

You have the ability of having new content that is posted here e-mailed directly to you. You must enable this yourself on your contact page. There is a tab called My Notify Settings and when you click that you will be given some choices dealing with what you would like to be sent.

There is also an edit tab where you can add more info about yourself, and a contact tab if you would like folks to be able to contact you through the website. I have added IM details for myself which may be a security risk, guess I will find out! I don't have IM on too much as I am still on dialup, but send me an e-mail and I will switch it right on.

My apologies if the website doesn't respond right away, I have another server I could move to but I have been with these folks for quite a while and they have been good up untiil recently. Hopefully they will have it fixed soon. Please try again, the website usually comes back pretty quick.
